Questions couples ask
- Do our guests need an account?
- No. Your guests open the invitation from a link and reply on the page. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
- How do we send it to our guests?
- You share it as a link, by WhatsApp, text message or email, whichever your guests use most. Each guest opens it on their phone, finds every detail in one place, and replies on the page.
- What can guests tell us when they reply?
- Whether they can come, and who in their household is coming. If you ask, they also choose a meal for each course and tell you about dietary needs or allergies. Every reply arrives in your guest list.
- How much does it cost?
- Signature is £149 and Prestige is £449. Both include the design, your guests’ replies and your guest list. A Save the Date on its own starts at £79, and a Legacy commission, designed from scratch, starts at £997.
- Can we change things after we send our brief?
- Yes. When a proof arrives, write to your designer and say what to change. A question never uses a round. Three rounds of new design work are included, and a correction of a fact, such as a time or a spelling, never uses one.
- Is our guest list private?
- Yes. Your guest list and every reply stay private to you. Anyone with the link can see the invitation itself, so share it only with the people you want there.
- How long does it take?
- Your first proof arrives within two to three weeks of your brief. In the busy season, allow up to four. Each proof after that takes a few days.
- Can we see one first?
- Yes. Open any collection on your phone. It is the same experience your guests will have.
- Can we pay in our own currency?
- Yes. Choose your currency at the top of any page. Each price is set by hand in that currency, and you pay exactly the price you see.
